The people here are very welcoming and engaging, filling us in on all we need to know, immediately making us feel like locals. The neighborhood is quiet with amazing views of Red Mountain Resort and central to all the surrounding hiking and biking trails and of course, incredible skiing. With Rossland just minutes away and Trail just a few minutes farther, we have found that we can get everything we need just as easily as when we lived in the Fraser Valley. We have found our forever home here in Caldera. ”

Having frequented Red in past years, we loved the small-town vibe, amazing amenities and the ‘all friends on a powder day’ mentality. Caldera is in the perfect, walking distance location to the hill and town, mountain biking and hiking straight out the front door and my favorite part - everyone says hello and is so friendly!
